Disclosure Policy
Cloud Works Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “The Company") will strive to continually provide prompt information to shareholders and investors with transparency and fairness. Please be aware that there are occasional delays in the online IR disclosure process due to problems in the system or the preparations for the postings.
About Quiet Periods
For the purpose of preventing financial information (including quarterly financial information) leaks, and to ensure fairness in the information disclosure process, The Company has designated a quiet period prior to the announcement of each financial statement. The quiet periods for each quarter will be announced on The Company's IR web page by the end of each fiscal year. During this period, we will refrain from responding to questions or commenting on our financial results and forecasts. However, in the event that, during this period, there is a significant change in the our revenue forecasts, The Company will conduct appropriate announcements in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
Regarding the Spread of Rumors
The Company will not response to inquiries regarding rumors. However, if is deemed that there is a risk of serious damage to The Company due to said rumors, The Company will take expedient action to identify the cause and take appropriate countermeasures as necessary.
